Issue Description
After the request completed, it listed again all files of previous applied sessions.
Steps to Reproduce
Submit agent request, apply the changes, then submit some more requests, the files change list all previous files.
Expected Behavior
It should show the current applied changes session.
Actual Behavior
It listed all previous files, caused Apply All button did wrong
