credits lost

I upgraded to Pro+ just now. However, I encountered two problems:

  1. My remaining 100 credits for pro subscription are gone.

  2. Currently, it says i ‘m using a pro trial plan

who should i contact to resolve these problems?

We checked and found out that you upgraded from PRO to ProPlus. The remaining 99 credits of Pro have been carried over as a resource package, and now it seems that this resource package has also been used up :grinning_face:
