Hello everyone, I met a very weird credit deduction issue today and need help from official staff.
My consumption record
I only used the Ultimate intelligent agent in Qoder IDE on Aug 1, here are my three billing records:
- 11:04, 4min session: deducted 746.8 credits
- 11:04, 1min session: deducted 273.6 credits
- 11:32, 25min session: deducted 1097.4 credits
Total time used: only around 30 minutes in total, total consumed credits reached 2000, which is far beyond my usual consumption level.
My questions
- What calculation rule does the Ultimate agent use to deduct credits? Why such a huge amount is consumed within half an hour?
- I didn’t run any large code analysis, long document parsing or complex batch tasks during these sessions, just normal code query & debugging. Is there a bug in credit statistics system causing overcharging?
- Could admin staff check my usage logs of these three sessions and verify if the deduction amount is correct? If overcharged, is there a credit refund solution?
Attached are screenshots of my credit billing history and Qoder community interface for reference, looking forward to official reply, thanks a lot!
