Problem
We have a bunch of markdowns generated by quest modes in .qoder/quests. We use a prompt
Gather existing quests markdowns to build a quest project rule.
trying to create project rules under .qoder/rules. However, the agent cannot recognize our intention and outputs a message
I scanned and read the two markdowns, found no explicit “quest” references, and drafted a ruleset from Phase documentation and README.
Solution
When such prompts to build project rules are sent, Qoder should be able to create project rules itself with existing quest files, as rules may not be created by hand once we already have a number of plans previously executed.
Use Case
To generate project rules automatically with existing quests.
