Is it possible to provide enterprise administrators with a list of employee quests in an enterprise subscription, and allow administrators to further ask questions about employees' quest records in a chat format?

During enterprise management, we need to monitor and randomly check employees’ quests, and we would like to do so by directly asking questions based on the context of their quests. Is it possible to provide such a capability?
