I've Pro+ plan and my credit is done, what do i do now? I want to upgrade to the higher plan but i already paid 10$ + 30$ = 40$

I paid 40$ but i am out of credit for both plan. i need to upgrade to $100 plan, how does this work? please let me know

I received it but i need to upgrade to the higher credit $100 once but i paid for pro and pro+ already. if i do upgrade to 100 plan will i get my refund of 40$
