Losing access to files in workspace

Issue Description

When adding folders to workspace and trying to include files some of them just do not show up

Operating System

Win10

Current Qoder Version (Menu → About Qoder → Copy)

VSCode Version: 1.100.0 (user setup)

Same problem. It is impossible to work with frontend + backend at the same time if they are in different workspace folders.
