Option to check for updates, even if automatic updates are off

What problem does this solve?
It helps user to update the IDE to the newer version but manually, so that IDE dont downloads and installs update automatically

Solution

How should it work?
It should give check for updates button in when user opt-out for automatic updates.

You can click the user settings button in the upper-right corner of Qoder, go to Qoder Settings → Advanced → Update, and choose to enable or disable automatic updates. You can also manually check for updates in this interface.
