在qoder编辑器的agent模式下修改了.qoder/specs目录下sepc文档之后，quest模式中预览的spec文档不能同步更新。

Problem

在quest模式下使用spec完成一个功能开发之后，在qoder的agent模式下进行一些代码修改和bug修复，这时我会让agent修改.qoder/sepecs目录中对应的spec文档，保证文档和代码的一致性。但是quest模式界面显示的spec文档不会同步更新，也没有刷新按钮。
