Qoder IDE 国际版的 aicoding.aicoding-agent 扩展占用 Extension Host 98%+ 的 CPU，使得 Quest 模式对话卡死并异常结束

Issue Description

发给Qoder的新对话，在 Extension Host 出现 10 次 UNRESPONSIVE，每次 profiling 都显示 aicoding.aicoding-agent 占用了 97.77%~98.59% 的 CPU 时间（约 4900~5700ms 的采样窗口）。

Steps to Reproduce

  • LanguageClientNotReady: listSessionsInFolders — 因为 Extension Host 无响应，Language Client 无法就绪，Quest 模式连续重试 4 次（retryAfterExtensionHostNotReady，attempt 1~4）。

  • 任务状态在 Running → Stopped (cancelled) → Error 之间反复切换。

  • 多个 api.call.error 报错 “Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘success’)” — 这是因为 Extension Host 阻塞后返回值变成了 undefined。

  • 最终任务状态变成 Error，但 UI 上可能只显示为静默结束。

理解发送内容并执行相应动作

Actual Behavior

先卡死在"正在执行"，之后就结束了
