Qoder Pro Trial and 300 Free Credits Not Activated

Dear Qoder Support Team,

I recently signed up for a new Qoder account, but I did not automatically receive the 14-day Pro trial or the 300 free trial credits.

Here are my account and system details for your review:

Registered Email: okxatatest2@gmail.com
Operating System: Debian Linux
Desktop Environment: XFCE
Environment Type: Native physical hardware installation (not a Virtual Machine, Docker, or WSL environment)

I have downloaded and installed the latest Qoder client directly on this system. However, my account still appears to be locked out of the trial.

Could you please check whether my device or account was incorrectly flagged by your eligibility or anti-abuse system? If possible, I would appreciate it if you could manually activate the 14-day Pro trial and the 300 trial credits for my account.

I would also like to mention that some of my friends are using the same computer model and similar Linux setups, and they are experiencing the same issue where the free Pro trial and trial credits are not being activated. Could you please clarify what legitimate methods or steps are available for users in this situation to become eligible for the free trial? Cause none of the articles and videos are helping us

How does the Pro trial work?

When new users sign in to the Qoder client (requires latest version; not available on virtual machines) for the first time, they will receive a one-time, free 2-week (14-day) Pro trial. This trial includes 300 Credits and full access to Pro-exclusive features. Upon expiration, your account will be automatically downgraded to the Free plan, and any unused trial Credits will be cleared.

If you upgrade to a paid plan before the trial ends, your remaining trial Credits will be automatically converted into a Credit Pack and will remain in your account with their original expiration date. This ensures you won’t lose any unused Credits for upgrading early.

To ensure a fair trial experience for all users, the Pro Trial is limited to one account per user. Any additional trial accounts created will be suspended.

I just signed up for the 1st time, with exactly the same computer setup as OP.
Pro Trial is not activated/available; no credits.
