Happily working with a BYOM setup yesterday, using a personal AliCloud Token Plan key in the Singapore Region. Start up this morning and find all my custom models disabled.
I regenerate my Token Plan key in the AliCloud Console, go into the Models settings where every model is greyed out as ‘no longer available’ .
Click [Add +] and as soon as I choose Alibaba Cloud Model Studio- Singapore Region in the dropdown, the only available option under type is Pay As You Go
The support bot in AliCloud stated there should, according to its docs, be a Alibaba Cloud Model Studio- International option in the Provider list, but no such option exists. The only Alibaba Cloud Model Studio options are China / Singapore / America.
Browsing the list, I saw QwenCloud- Singapore and tried it. I was able to enter my Token Plan key, and select some models - not the same list I had previously, but similar.
Any idea what’s going on here? I’m enjoying the tools, but wasting 45 mins debugging my base setup was not at the top of my morning’s task list.
