Issue Description
If there are separate backend and frontend directories in root, coder is unable to run proper commands for both frontend and backend. it tends to go back to root directory and starts running the command in root directory, then check backs, gets back into the folder and again when tries to run the command gets back to root. with recent 2 updates this issues started happening, previously didn’t find/ witnessed this issue but now it is very hard to work with application that has 2 different codebase for frontend and backend or even 2 different folders.
