Qoder Work run npx fail with error while same command executed OK in Power Shell:
npm error code SELF_SIGNED_CERT_IN_CHAIN
npm error errno SELF_SIGNED_CERT_IN_CHAIN
npm error request to https://registry.npmjs.org/skills failed, reason: self-signed certificate in certificate chain
