为什么我安装的时候直接就默认英文了，是因为我安装了vscode吗,而且我后来删除重装,打开还显示英文,并且我还在登录状态
Open the command panel and use the shortcut keys ⇧⌘ P (macOS), Ctrl+Shift+P (Windows), or View>Command Panel to open it.
Enter Configure Display Language and press enter.
Click on Chinese (Simplified), then click on restart
