Since updating to QoderWork 0.9.17, I have been experiencing consistent model stream timeouts in every type of conversation. The error message is: “Model stream timed out before response headers after 60s.”** This was never an issue on previous versions of QoderWork.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open QoderWork 0.9.17 on Windows 10 x64
- Start any conversation (long existing conversation OR brand new fresh chat)
- Send a message requiring a model response4. Wait for response - it consistently times out after 60 seconds
- Even spawning subagent tasks results in the same timeout
Expected Behavior: Model responses should complete without timing out, as they did in previous QoderWork versions.
Actual Behavior: Every model response times out after 60 seconds regardless of conversation type (long, fresh, or subagent). This makes QoderWork essentially unusable for any substantive task
Operating System: Windows 10 x64 (build 26200)

Note: This issue did NOT occur on previous QoderWork versions. It started immediately after updating to 0.9.17. Internet connection is stable with no issues on other services.
