Repo-wiki Rebuild function

Problem

I am using a repo wiki, but as the documents get updated, sometimes duplicate folder names are created. Also, a document that was initially built in English may later be built in Korean. Looking at the content, I can also see some duplication.

Solution

I think having a rebuild function would be helpful.
