Request for Refund and Membership Cancellation

I recently upgraded to the Pro Plus plan on Qoder after being very satisfied with the free version. However, once I started using the premium plan, my live project completely crashed while making even simple CSS changes.

To make matters worse, I wasn’t even able to restore my project from a backup I had taken. This has caused a serious disruption, and I deeply regret upgrading to the paid plan.

I would like to cancel my Pro Plus membership and request a full refund for my payment.

I recently purchased a subscription to Qoder AI, and the payment has already been deducted from my account, however, my subscription status is showing as “cancelled”.
