Issue Description: I cannot use /schedule, have no idea why. I tried to re-install the IDE but /schedule still disappear.
Steps to Reproduce: type ‘/schedule’ in prompt window
Expected Behavior: should have a clear ‘/schedule’ skill or command shows up
Actual Behavior: nothing, and my AI cannot understand what is ‘/schedule’ at all even with ultimate mode.
