# SCM Panel Auto-Opens After Every AI Response (无法关闭)

## Issue Description

SCM (Source Control Management) panel automatically opens in the sidebar after every AI conversation, even when there are no file changes or Git operations. This behavior cannot be disabled through settings and severely disrupts the user experience.

**影响** : 严重干扰用户体验，每次对话后都需要手动关闭侧边栏。

## Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Qoder IDE
2. Open any workspace
3. Send any message to the AI assistant
4. Wait for AI response to complete
5. **Observe** : SCM panel automatically opens in the right/left sidebar

**触发时机** :

- After user sends a message → Panel pops up
- After AI finishes responding → Panel pops up again
- Regardless of whether there are any file changes → Always pops up

## Expected Behavior

- When there ARE file changes: Show notification badge (optional), but **do NOT auto-open the panel**
- When there are NO file changes: Do NOT show SCM panel at all
- Only show SCM panel when user manually triggers it (press `Ctrl+Shift+G` or click SCM icon)

## Actual Behavior

- SCM panel **always** auto-opens after every AI interaction
- This happens regardless of whether files were modified or not
- Cannot be disabled through VS Code settings or Qoder settings
- Even completely disabling Git integration does not prevent this behavior

4. AI 回复后 SCM 面板再次弹出

## Additional Context

**相关设置文件位置** :

**问题性质** :

- 这是一个 **用户体验问题** ,而非功能错误
- SCM 面板本身工作正常，但自动弹出的行为过于激进
- 无法通过任何已知设置关闭此行为

**优先级** : 中高 - 严重影响日常使用体验

**影响范围** : 所有频繁使用 AI 助手的 Qoder 用户

**建议修复方案** :

1. 添加设置选项：`AI Assistant > Auto Show Changes After Response` (默认 false)
2. 改为只显示通知角标，不自动展开面板
3. 智能判断：只在实际有文件变更时才提示
