Add support for Vietnamese language responses in Qoder’s chat/AI assistant.
Problem Statement
Currently, Qoder only responds in English. For Vietnamese developers, this makes it harder to understand explanations, debug suggestions, and documentation generated by Qoder. Supporting Vietnamese would greatly improve accessibility and usability for the Vietnamese developer community.
Use Case
A Vietnamese developer wants to ask Qoder coding questions in Vietnamese and receive answers in the same language.
A team in Vietnam wants to use Qoder for learning, documentation, or debugging but prefers Vietnamese for clarity.

Qoder can detect when a user writes in Vietnamese and provide responses in Vietnamese naturally.

Additional Context
Vietnam has a rapidly growing developer community. Supporting Vietnamese would open Qoder to a large group of new users and make the platform more inclusive.
