Issue Description
On a fresh install of Windows. The agent mode chat is able to update files, but when using quest mode it can’t create the spec file/folders.
Steps to Reproduce
Fresh install of windows, install Qoder, open project and attempt to use quest mode to write spec.
Expected Behavior
Quest mode to work, or for some indication of missing requirements if there’s something missing.
Actual Behavior
Quest mode fails to make the spec, clicking on the info says view logs but no indication which logs.
