Unable to Purchase Additional Credits – Pro Plan

I hope you are doing well.

I am a permanent customer of Qoder, and my registered email address is haris.oh@gmail.com, which I am currently using to access the platform. I would like to appreciate Qoder as a great AI agentic tool—it has helped me significantly in my application development work.

Currently, I am subscribed to the Pro plan, which provides 2000 credits for $10. I have already consumed all of my available credits and would like to purchase the same package again. However, I am unable to do so and I am not sure why this option is not available.

Kindly guide me on how I can purchase additional credits or renew the same $10 / 2000 credits package.

Sorry, my friend — we currently don’t support re-subscribing to the same plan. You’ll need to either upgrade to the next-tier plan or create a new account to subscribe to the Pro plan again. We’re working hard to roll out more flexible subscription options soon!:grinning_face:
