I am writing to urgently follow up on a critical support request I first sent on October 5, 2025, to the email address contact@qoder.com, regarding a severe issue with credit consumption on my Pro Plus plan. I have not yet received a reply to my initial communication.
The situation has now escalated significantly and requires your immediate technical attention.
Current Status & Proof of Error:
As of today, October 11, 2025, my credit balance has dropped to 5730 / 6000 (96% utilized). I have now almost completely exhausted the large Pro Plus package of 6000 credits in less than a week.
I must emphasize that this rapid depletion occurred despite my efforts to conserve credits by running other programs concurrently. The consumption is highly disproportionate, as a single request (or small task) is being counted internally as the equivalent of four or more requests, sometimes consuming well over 100 points for one action. This clearly indicates a severe and continuous background system error in the credit calculation logic, not merely heavy usage.
Urgent Request for Resolution:
To allow me to continue using your service, I urgently request the following:

Immediate System Investigation: Please investigate the credit consumption mechanism right away to identify and fix the error causing this unjust depletion.

Full Credit Refund: I request a full refund of the credits unjustly consumed due to this faulty calculation mechanism (specifically, the 5730 credits utilized to date).
