I’m trying to get in touch via email, without success. I’m pro+ and my credits ran out (I found them very quickly) and I want them to renew my cycle immediately, as it will only be renewed on the 22nd.
I am writing to request an early renewal of my current cycle. At the moment, my plan is scheduled to renew only on the 22nd of next month, but unfortunately, I cannot wait until that date.
I urgently need the renewal to be processed in advance so I can continue using your services without interruption.
