However, you’re seriously missing out — and worse, ignoring your own commercial upside. Let me give a personal example: I subscribed for $60, and I was pleasantly surprised by how fast and smooth the process was. But I burned through all my tokens in just 5 days. When I went to renew, top up, or upgrade to a more expensive plan — I couldn’t. Not only that, even after canceling my current plan, I couldn’t select any other plan — not even the $20 one! It’s incredibly frustrating!
This should be trivial for you to fix — but I’m sure there are hundreds of users who tried to give you their money, couldn’t, and just went elsewhere where they can pay and get what they need. It’s a real shame.
I hope you address this — because now I have to wait 25 days before I can even try to pay again.
