I disagree that the files are stored in a local SQLite database. I connect to a server via SSH from multiple computers, and I can access the wiki repository on any computer after logging into Qoder. Before logging in, the wiki repository is not available, and I don’t need to reinitialize the repository when switching computers. This indicates that the wiki files are stored online or on the remote SSH server, while the encryption key is also stored remotely.
