Qoder Forum Terms of Service

Welcome to the Qoder Forum!These terms (“Forum Terms”), together with the Qoder terms accessible at qoder.com/product-service (“Product Terms”) or via such means as we may specify from time to time (collectively, the “Terms”), govern the use of the forum located at forum.qoder.com operated by BRIGHT ZENITH PRIVATE LIMITED (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
The Forum Terms are to be read together with the Product Terms, and the Product Terms form an integral part of the Terms, and all provisions of the Product Terms are incorporated by reference in these Terms as if fully set forth herein. The terms and expressions used in the Terms shall have the same meaning as in the Product Terms, unless otherwise defined.
By accessing or using the forum, you agree to be bound by the prevailing version of the Terms, as may be updated from time to time. We may offer other products and services under separate terms and conditions; however, these Terms apply exclusively to your use of the forum. All users must accept these Terms in order to access or use the forum.
1. Conditions for Use of the Forum
The forum is deemed to be part of the Services, and in addition to the terms governing the Services set out in the Product Terms and other applicable terms, your access and use of the forum is at all times subject to the following conditions:
a. If we notify you that your access or use of the forum is no longer permitted, you must immediately cease all further access or use of the forum.
b. You agree to use the forum in accordance with our Acceptable Use and Content Standards set out below and as may be updated from time to time.
2. Acceptable Use
a. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when accessing and using the forum.
b. You must not use or try to use any other person’s account on the forum.
c. You must not buy, sell, or otherwise trade in user names or other unique identifiers on the forum.
d. You must not send advertisements, chain letters, or other solicitations through the forum, nor may you use the forum to collect any personal data for any commercial or unlawful purpose.
e. You must not automate access to the forum, or monitor the forum, such as with a web crawler, browser plug-in or add-on, or other computer program that is not a web browser. You may crawl the forum to index it for a publicly available search engine, if you run one.
f. You must not use the forum to send e-mail to distribution lists, newsgroups, or group mail aliases.
g. You must not falsely imply that you are affiliated with or endorsed by us.
h. You must not hyperlink to any non-hypertext content on the forum on other webpages.
i. You must not remove any marks showing proprietary ownership from materials you download from the forum.
j. You must not show any part of the forum on other websites with without our prior written permission.
k. You must not disable, avoid, or circumvent any security or access restrictions of the forum.
I. You must not strain infrastructure of the forum with an unreasonable volume of requests, or requests designed to impose an unreasonable load on information systems underlying the forum.
m. You must not impersonate others through the forum.
n. You must not encourage or help anyone in violation of these terms.
3. Content Standards
All content and materials submitted, uploaded, provided, or made available by you to or via the forum are deemed to be Inputs and User Content. In addition to the terms governing Inputs and User Content in the Product Terms, you agree that:
a. You must not submit User Content to the forum that is illegal, offensive, or otherwise harmful to others, including without limitation, content that constitutes harassing, inappropriate, abusive, or hateful conduct.
b. You must not submit User Content to the forum that violates applicable laws or regulations, infringes upon any person’s intellectual property rights, violates any person’s privacy, or breaches any agreement to which you are a party.
c. You must not submit User Content to the forum containing malicious computer code, such as computer viruses or spyware.
d. You must not submit User Content to the forum as a mere placeholder, to hold a particular address, user name, or other unique identifier.
e. You must not use the forum to disclose information that you do not have the right to disclose, like others’ confidential or personal information.
4. Enforcement
a. We may investigate and pursue violations of these Terms to the fullest extent permitted by law. In connection with such violations, we may also notify and cooperate with applicable law enforcement authorities as it deems appropriate.
b. We reserve the right to modify, redact, or remove any content posted on the forum at any time and for any reason, without prior notice. If you believe that someone has submitted content that violates these Terms, please contact us immediately so we can review and take appropriate action.
c. Please refer to the Product Terms for more information about submitting notices relating to intellectual property infringement.
5. Your Account
a. We may require you to register for a Qoder account before accessing or using the forum. The collection, use, and disclosure of personal data in connection with the account registration process is governed by the terms set forth in Qoder Privacy Policy available at Qoder - The Agentic Coding Platform (“Qoder Privacy Policy”)and the Product Terms. When you use the forum through your Qoder account, you agree to continue complying with Qoder Privacy Policy, the Product Terms, and any other terms applicable to your Qoder account.
b. Without prejudice to our other rights and remedies under these Terms, at law, or in equity, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate your account in accordance with its policy for handling copyright-related takedown requests, or if we believe that you have violated any provision of these Terms.
6. Your Content
a. Even if you remove User Content from the forum, or if we remove it at your request, or in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, or these Terms, our rights in respect of such User Content may survive, and any third-party licences you apply to User Content — including, but not limited to, Creative Commons licences — may remain in effect and may permit other users (including us) to continue to republish or otherwise use the User Content, subject to the terms and conditions of those licences.
b. Users who receive or access User Content through the forum may misuse or otherwise violate the terms under which you have licensed such User Content. You acknowledge and agree that we are not liable to you in connection with any such unauthorized use or for any damages or consequences arising from it.
7. Your Responsibility
Without prejudice to Clause 11 (Indemnity) of the Product Terms, you agree to indemnify the Indemnitees against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses suffered by any of the Indemnitees, including without limitation arising in connection with:
a. your breach of the Forum Terms; and/or
b. any conduct in connection with the forum through or attributable to your account.
8. Disclaimers
a. You assume all risks associated with your use of the forum and any content available on it. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the forum is provided “as is” and without any warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
b. The forum may contain links to, or integrate with, websites and services operated by third parties. We make no warranties of any kind—express or implied—with respect to such third-party services or the content they provide. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and may be governed by separate terms and conditions between you and the applicable service provider.
9. Termination
Upon termination of your account or these Terms for any reason, your rights under these Terms, including your right to use the forum, will terminate immediately.
