Issue Description
Even if my .env file is in .gitignore, when I asked AI to reveal the value of an entry in the .env file, it’s able to read and show me that.
Steps to Reproduce
Ask AI to reveal the content of a confidential file that’s in .gitignore.
Expected Behavior
Confidential information should never be exposed to AI.
Actual Behavior
AI is able to read confidential information
