I am writing to express a complaint and dissatisfaction regarding recurring issues with Qoder. I have introduced Qoder to several developer friends, and most of them encountered similar problems. Honestly, we are starting to find this very discouraging and risky to continue using Qoder.
Today 13-05-2026, I attempted to purchase a $20 credit. After completing the transaction, I received an error message: “Access denied,” followed by another message: “Payment verification failed.” However, my account was debited.
This is not the first time this has happened to me, nor to those I have recommended Qoder to. Honestly, we are starting to find this very discouraging and risky to continue using Qoder.
I want to emphasize that this is not intended as a form of pressure, because Qoder is a good product. However, issues like these could seriously damage your reputation if mentioned on sites such as Trustpilot. To be honest, we are beginning to consider switching to competitors.
Additionally, I previously reported an error where an agent deleted data on a server. Although it was repaired, I had also made suggestions but never received a response. If this is how you intend to treat your clients, it could seriously harm your reputation.
I hope to receive a response regarding my situation.
