My account, [redsea.dev@hotmail.com], was recently suspended due to an alleged violation of your Terms and Conditions
I understand that your risk control system flagged my account for “bulk registration” or “fake invitations.” However, I would like to clarify the situation as this is a false positive.
The “suspicious activity” detected is actually due to a legitimate company-wide adoption of your service:
Real Identity: All the users I invited are my colleagues. We work for the same company.
Reason for Bulk/Unified Action: We registered our accounts around the same time and possibly under the same network environment (Office IP) because we were following a company directive to set up accounts for work purposes. This was not a malicious bulk registration by a bot.
Active Usage: These are not fake accounts. Each invited account has a valid subscription and a history of normal, active usage.
I kindly request that you manually review the activity logs and subscription status of the invited accounts. You will see that they are genuine users.
Please remove the suspension so we can continue using your service for our work. You can clear the credit, but please unban my account.
