Git auto generate message do not follow rules

Problem

I want git auto generate message follow my rules. But no matter I added a rule in the .qoder/rules, or added it into memoies, the auto git message do not folllow the rules.

Indeed, our git commit messages currently don’t follow the rules. We’ll optimize this part.
