I want a refund because I ran out of points on this account, so I recharged on another account. Now the accounts overlap, and I want a refund. This one is supposed to renew automatically, but it hasn’t taken effect yet. $10 is too expensive for me right now.
How can I request a refund?
Please note that you are eligible for a refund if you request it within 24 hours of subscribing and have not used any Credits. To apply, please send your Qoder account and bills to refund@qoder.com. Qoder’s support team will assist you with your issue as soon as possible. Refunds will take 5-10 days.
I’ve applied now. But I only just learned about the rules and I’m not sure if a refund is possible. Also, I have a question: our company has decided to have our developers use Qoder, but currently only two people are willing to use it. Choosing the team version doesn’t seem to offer any advantages over the individual Pro version. So, should we choose the Pro version?
