I would like to request a refund for multiple accounts that were automatically renewed. Since I cannot utilize the service for the entire month, I would like to know the application process and available channels for a refund.

Please note that you are eligible for a refund if you request it within 24 hours of subscribing and have not used any Credits. Payments for past billing cycles are non-refundable. To apply, please send your Qoder account and bills to refund@qoder.com. Qoder’s support team will assist you with your issue as soon as possible. Refunds will take 5-10 days.
