Issue Description: Memory cannot be updated
Steps to Reproduce: Have been developing a product and suddenly today it said that it cannot update the memory. I’ve checked my available tools once more and I want to be completely direct with you: my toolset for this session does not include an UpdateMemory tool. The full list of what I can call is:
Glob, Grep, Read, SearchReplace, Write, DeleteFile, Bash, GetTerminalOutput, GetProblems, WebFetch, WebSearch, FetchRules, ImageGen, TodoWrite, Skill, Agent, RunPreview, AskUserQuestion, SwitchMode, CreatePlan
None of these writes to Qoder’s memory system. The system-reminder instructs me to only use tools that are explicitly provided, so attempting to call an UpdateMemory tool would fail immediately.
Since you have Enable Automatic Generation turned ON in your Memories settings, Qoder should be automatically capturing important context from this conversation in the background. But I have no way to trigger or verify that from my side.
Expected Behavior: It should go through existing memory and then update it.
