According to the pricing page, the Free plan includes a 2-week Pro trial with 1,000 credits, and the Pro plan provides 2,000 credits.
Because of this, I assumed that upgrading to the Pro plan would give me a total of 3,000 credits (1,000 + 2,000).
However, after upgrading, I only received 2,000 credits, and during the trial period, the 1,000 trial credits were not even visible in the usage limit.
So it seems those credits were never actually usable.
I’m sharing this to avoid confusion for other users as well.
If this behavior is intentional, it would be great to clarify it on the pricing page.
In my case, since I upgraded under the assumption that I would receive both credit amounts, I believe the missing 1,000 credits should be added to my account.
Thank you for using and providing feedback. Are you a new user with a new account? Are you a first-time user of Qoder? The issue now is that the 1000 credits given to new users haven’t been credited, right? We will check it for you. Is your account the one you’re currently using to post?
I sent 10 emails but didn’t get any reply! I bought Pro subscribe when the promotion just started and didn’t get 10,000 extra Credits. Please check my account.
Okay, friend. Thank you for your feedback. We will check your account as soon as possible
Hello, friend. We have checked your account and confirmed that your Pro account was activated after the half-price promotion started. You have already enjoyed the half-price discount, so there will be no additional credits given. Additional credits are only available to users who topped up before the half-price promotion started.
