Native Kubuntu flagged as VM due to active VirtualBox kernel modules (No campaign availible)

Hi Qoder Support team,

I installed Qoder Desktop (Standalone chat interface) on Linux Kubuntu (so I installed the .deb variant) and I registered a brand-new individual account. But my client shows thatI have no campaign availible and im locked out from getting the 100 daily free credits. (Which is sad)

I checked if there are virtualbox kernel modules in my system’s kernel and I got
“vboxnetadp 28672 0
vboxnetflt 40960 0
vboxdrv 741376 2 vboxnetadp,vboxnetflt”

But I then ran:
“sudo systemctl stop virtualbox”, then ran
“sudo rmmod vboxnetadp
sudo rmmod vboxnetflt
sudo rmmod vboxdrv
”

and verified with “lsmod | grep -i vbox” that the virtualbox kernel modules were gone and they were gone.

Then I logged out and logged back in and again, it still won’t let me get the 100 daily free credits (LIterally half the reason I even installed Qoder Desktop).
