I signed up with a brand-new account (wogger777@gmail.com) but never received the 300 free credits / 14-day Pro Trial that new users get on first sign-in. Before assuming it’s a bug on my end, I checked everything from the docs:
Signed in inside the desktop client (latest version, v1.24.2), not just on the website — tried sign out/in again too- Bare metal Arch Linux — systemd-detect-virt returns none, no VM/sandbox
- Residential IP, no VPN/proxy
- Only one Qoder account, never used a trial before
- Also installed Qoder CLI v1.1.41 and signed in there — still 0 credits
Settings → Usage and qoder.com both show no Pro Trial status.
