PAYMENT DEDUCTED BUT SUBSCRIPTION Pending Payment

I recently purchased a subscription to Qoder AI, and the payment has already been deducted from my account, however, my subscription status is showing as “Pending Payment”.

Here are my details:

-payment date: 2026-04-02

-ammount: 10.00 USD

-Payment method: alipay

Please check this issue and either activate my subscription or process a refund.
