I’ve already sent two separate refund requests to refund@qoder.com and contact@qoder.com, but unfortunately, I haven’t received any reply from either address. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any advice on how to get in touch with their support team would be greatly appreciated!
Please note that you are eligible for a refund if you request it within 24 hours of subscribing and have not used any Credits. To apply, please send your Qoder account and bills to refund@qoder.com. Qoder’s support team will assist you with your issue as soon as possible. Refunds will take 5-10 days.

It has been more than 10 days yet the funds have not been into my account please do check I checked with my bank not yet received the bank is asking for a reference number or Transaction ID
I have applied for a refund and it has been 18 days the refund was approved but still no one is responding neither getting a reference number or getting proper update terrible customer service
