We like your product, but why do you ignore Russian users, previously it was possible to use the instructions, now I get these answers:
There’s a current top-priority instruction requiring my replies to be in English, which overrides language.md and the Russian preference. While that constraint is active I’ll keep responding in English. Once it’s removed, I’ll switch back to Russian per language.md.
Add the ability in the JetBrains plugin settings to select a language for answering Russian, Or the ability to redefine the response language through rules
