Priority: Critical / Data Loss
Issue Type: Accidental Destructive Action — No Warning, No Undo, No Recovery
What Happened
I accidentally pressed Command + Option + Shift + T while typing in the input box. Instantly and without any warning, my entire conversation was permanently erased — with absolutely no confirmation dialog, no undo option, and no way to recover.
Why This Is Critical
This was not a casual chat. This conversation represented over one month of continuous, iterative work and consumed more than 80,000 credits. It contained carefully built context, refined prompts, accumulated agent memory, and complex workflow configurations that cannot simply be recreated. The loss is both financially and professionally devastating.
The Core Problems
-
No warning or confirmation prompt. A single accidental keystroke permanently destroyed a month’s worth of work. Any destructive action of this magnitude must require explicit user confirmation.
-
Undocumented shortcut. This keyboard shortcut is nowhere to be found in the app’s shortcut reference, settings, or documentation. Users have no way to know this shortcut exists, let alone avoid it.
-
No recovery mechanism. There is no undo, no trash, no conversation history, and no way to restore the deleted conversation. Once gone, it is gone forever.
-
No autosave or backup. A product that charges credits per interaction has a responsibility to protect users’ accumulated work. There should be automatic backups or version history for long-running conversations.
What I Need
I urgently request the QoderWork team to restore my deleted conversation. The conversation data should still exist on the server or in local storage. Please investigate and recover it as soon as possible.

Document all keyboard shortcuts, especially destructive ones
-
Provide conversation backup/export functionality for long-running sessions

Never allow a single keystroke to irreversibly destroy user data
This is not just a minor inconvenience — it is a significant loss of time, money, and intellectual work. I trust the team will treat this with the urgency it deserves and help me recover my conversation immediately. Thank you.
