Sonus (/ˈsoʊnəs/) is here — a new built-in model, available across the Qoder family starting today.
In one line: it’s built for marathon-length autonomous tasks, the hardest knowledge work, and serious coding — and it’s at its best when using your computer.
Together with the Computer Use improvements in Qoder Desktop 0.2.3, Sonus drives your machine and pro software directly: writing code, building financial models, running research, producing spreadsheets. You describe the outcome; it carries the task from start to finish.
You’ll find it in the model picker on Qoder, Qoder IDE, Qoder CLI, the JetBrains plugin, QoderWake, and Cloud Agents. Credit multiplier: 3.2x, for personal and enterprise accounts alike.
We’re curious what you’ll hand it first — and just as curious where you’ll draw the line on autonomy. Tell us in this thread; we read every reply.
really awesome! i made a lovely video by stitching other family videos together, adding subtitles of things being discussed. single shot, you have an amazing model. took about 600 credits
Your “Limited Time SOTA” promotion — this is theft. Sonus burned through 2000 free credits in an instant and did nothing. I stopped the task, but it didn’t help — it keeps charging more credits every moment. Even shutting down Qoder completely didn’t stop it! I don’t like you for this. This is not how you do business! How can I report this? There is nowhere to submit a complaint.
I ran into the same problem as you, and it made my experience really unpleasant. I reported this issue to them, but so far there has been no response. Some people on my team have also run into this problem. This is nothing short of deception. If the program isn’t properly made, it shouldn’t be launched.
