Issue Description
The first qoder to 0.2.15 show the circle symbol on the tab filename list when the file modified from qoder ai.
Example: we have open multiple of files on tab. When we ask coder to modified the files, the erct-circle shown only on modified files. So, we can check manually are the code before accepted.
But, the coder after 0.2.15 removed this features. So, we need manually to check tab by tab to know what file modified by the previous chat.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open multiple files on tab
- ask qoder to update the code
- the coder modified the file. But, the current version need we manually open tab by tab to know what file modified
Expected Behavior
We can know what file modified by qoder by the tabs rect-circle symbol
Actual Behavior
The new release removed the rect-circle symbol for the modified file
