Issue Description
The agent is getting stuck in a loop trying to edit or create a file after the new update
Steps to Reproduce
telll it to create a file and add code it fails
Expected Behavior
It should actually create and edit file using tool calling
Actual Behavior
Its fails multiple times and uses console commands to acheive it which causes further problems
