Problem
Native-ide和idea-plugin的在执行终端命令时只有两种模式，自动执行 or 每次询问；设置为每次询问时command 或 skills 中某些指令说明了自动后台执行，还是会询问执行终端命令

希望command或者skill的优先级提高，在整体设置 ‘每次询问’时，仍能自动执行说明了自动执行的脚本
