I’m on the Ultra plan and have exhausted my credits (Plan Credits 20,000/20,000 and Add-on Credits 200/200).
The Usage page says I should automatically switch to the basic model, but in practice Qoder blocks my messages and asks me to “upgrade/renew subscription”, and I cannot proceed.

Could you please:
Check why the basic model fallback isn’t working for my account, and unblock chat access, and
Tell me the available options to purchase additional credits (add-on packs) or renew/upgrade from my current Ultra subscription.
I’ve attached screenshots of /account/usage and the in-app prompt/error.
Currently, the only workaround is to register a new account to continue subscribing and using the service. We’re working hard to launch credit top-up packs as soon as possible to better meet users’ needs.
Regarding your issue with the basic model not being available—could you clarify whether this occurs during basic chat conversations or while using other specific features? Also, have you tried restarting the IDE to see if that resolves the issue?
It’s not possible to do this within the current billing cycle, as we currently don’t support subscribing to the same plan multiple times. If you need to, you can create a new account and subscribe again.
