I am reporting a serious issue regarding a charge that was made to my account despite canceling my QCoder subscription beforehand.

On 23/11/2025, an amount was deducted from my bank card without authorization.

Transaction ID: Provided privately to the support team.

This situation is unacceptable. I expect immediate action to:

1. Refund the charged amount without delay.

2. Confirm that my subscription is fully canceled to prevent any future unauthorized charges

I have already taken the necessary steps on my side, and I now request a prompt resolution from QCoder.
