Today I was using Qoder Assist as usual, when I started a task and was working on other tasks at the same time, I noticed that the task was looking at a certain document over and over again many times (looking at two files over and over again over a period of time, it seemed to be stuck in some kind of a loop), I realized that this didn’t seem right, and then logged into the backend and looked at the Credits consumption, and much to my surprise, the operation was actually consuming I 1493.35 Credits, which is very painful, yesterday I purchased the pro+ package because I finished consuming 2000 Credits, and today, in just a few hours, I will have less than half of the newly purchased Credits, such a consumption rate is very unreasonable.
I hope the service provider can troubleshoot if it’s because of a bug, if so, they should return my wasted Credits, they’re worth 15$, which is hard for me to accept!
Even if I try to use Ultimate level quality, this is too counterintuitive.
I checked the Credits consumption list again, and it shows 1553.71, very unusual for that time period, that’s almost 3/4 of a month’s budget for light usage, I can receive up to 200 Credits for a single mission, that’s 1/10 of the usage of the base package, instead of one mission using up almost all of my usage! The
Qoder works very well, one of the most capable AI editors I’ve ever used, and in the past I’ve not been surprised at how quickly Credits are consumed when I use it, and I try to pace myself as much as possible so I don’t use them too quickly, and so my work can continue to unfold.
So a disastrous situation like this was unexpected and threw my work schedule out of whack, and I had to reduce the percentage of AI I put into subsequent tasks, which I think is something a good AI product should try to avoid when it comes to overshooting expectations.
I’m providing feedback on the resolution. The official team has fully refunded the credits consumed during this anomaly, and the latest version has already fixed this issue. Thank you very much.
