Urgent: Charged for Pro Subscription, But Account Not Upgraded (Payment Failed Error)

I’m facing a serious issue and need some help.

  1. Today (November 12), I tried to subscribe to the Pro plan for $2.00.

  2. On the payment page (using my Visa card), I received an “Insufficient funds” error.

  3. However, when I checked my bank account, I was CHARGED anyway. I see multiple transaction attempts from “Ant*Ant*Ant*Qoder Singapore SG” (for 275 CFA each), and the total amount debited is more than the $2.00 price.

  4. Even though my money was taken, my Qoder account has NOT been upgraded to Pro. It still shows as a free account.
